Under the professional guidance of Rebecca Thurling you will enjoy challenging and fun workouts that suit your specific fitness level, aspirations, and help you achieve optimal results.

Every week we work through rehab inspired drills, mobility training, strengthening exercises, recovery techniques, and relaxation.
"RESET" is open to both ladies and gentlemen, and is suitable for all ages and abilities.

"IGNITE" is our ever popular, ladies only group class.
Each week we work through an ever changing set of exercises and movements that focus specifically on building female strength, fitness, health and wellbeing.

A balanced, varied, and nutrient rich diet is essential to maximise the benefits from your training, and to help you reach your goals around body weight and composition.
Rebecca is fully qualified to offer nutritional advice and guidance to perfectly compliment your fitness journey.

With over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry, Rebecca is uniquely qualified to help you get great results from your training, and fast!
As well as tailored 1-2-1 instruction, Rebecca can formulate home work out plans and deliver specific training routines for a range of sports including running, cycling, martial arts and snowsports.
The Well Woman Method is an exciting new programme created and written by Rebecca.
It brings together all the key elements of women's health in a holistic way to produce specifically tailored, individualised health and wellbeing programmes for clients.
Working in harmony with your own individual cycle, your plan will guide you through how to optimise your exercise routines, nutrition, manage your hormone health, boost energy, improve sleep and minimise stress.
An introduction to The Shred Shed
During this initial session you will work with Rebecca to establish your currrently fitness levels, review any medical issues or injuries, and establish your training goals and aspirations - with plenty of time to start your training journey!
